The air filter cleaner is designed to dissolve and break up the dirt and road grime so that it can be easily and quickly rinsed out with water. Once the air filter media is dry, it can be reinstalled. AEM Dryflow air filters do not use oil, unlike other washable and reusable air filters, so cleaning is easier and faster than ever. The 28-20281 was designed to simply drop in to the existing air box.
