AEM's Dryflow^® synthetic material is used with this air filter. It is extremely durable with a high holding capacity for dirt, lengthening the amount of time between cleanings. The Dryflow media is covered and protected by a wire mesh of epoxy covered aluminum on both sides. The filter media used is unoiled, making the cleaning process simple and removing the possibility of over-oiling the filter.
